It all began in the 1980s with the purchase of properties for our own stores. What started as a practical decision grew into a true passion: creating places that bring life to cities and add value to their surroundings. While we initially focused on retail real estate in prime A1 locations, our attention has increasingly shifted toward urban redevelopment — building apartments, often above our stores. In doing so, we actively respond to the evolving housing market and contribute to vibrant, mixed-use city areas where living, working, and shopping come together.
Today, we manage a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and residential properties both in the Netherlands and abroad.
